LOVELAND, Colo. -- Kroll Factual Data, Inc. a subsidiary of Kroll Inc., and a leading provider of customized mortgage services, announced today that it has acquired its franchisee D, D & C, Inc., DBA Factual Data of the Carolinas. The purchase price was not disclosed.

D, D & C, Inc. has been a Kroll Factual Data franchisee since 1991, providing mortgage credit reports to mortgage brokers, banks and credit unions within the North and South Carolina territories. For Kroll Factual Data, this acquisition - its 54th since 1998 -- entrenches its presence and allows for significant market expansion in the southeast United States.
